I know exactly how that feels. The month I made 70,000 euros, I stood on a beach in Cape Town and felt nothing. I was living the life most brothers dream of, and I was unfulfilled.
Whatever your goal is:
- Money
- Status
- Wealth
- Control over your own mind
- Feeling at home in your own skin
- Freedom from the addiction
- Mastery over the temptation
Every one of these is something you can have with the help of Allah. He is Almighty. He could give it to you tomorrow.
So the real question was never how to get it.The question is why He hasn't given it yet.
There are only two reasons.
One.
He is holding it back. For a reason no one on this earth can claim to know.
Two.
You are blocking it. Through what you do, what you keep returning to, and who you've become inside.
How do I know?Because He told us.
“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.”
Qur'an 13:11
